1. Delivery area
We currently arrange delivery within Poland. If an address is outside our supported delivery area, we may contact you to cancel or adjust the order.
2. Processing time
Orders confirmed on a business day are usually prepared for dispatch within 24 hours. During peak periods, processing may take longer.
3. Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 1-4 business days after dispatch, depending on courier availability and the delivery address.
4. Shipping cost
The website promotion states free delivery within Poland. If any delivery fee applies to a special case, it will be communicated before dispatch.
5. Cash on delivery
Payment may be collected on delivery when this option is confirmed for your order. Please make sure the phone number and delivery address are correct.
6. Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, missing contact, or refusal to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to sender and cancelled.
7. Damaged parcels
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, report it to the courier where possible and contact us at support@autovacpropoland.store with your order details and photos.
